DSC_2239 (685x1024)Below is a list of the main plant species we stock although please do contact us if you have any requirements beyond the list as, like any enthusiastic gardener, we regularly have other plants around the place.

Plants can be pre-ordered for collection at any of the events we attend, collected by appointment or put in post. Please contact us for postage costs when placing your order. For mail order we can take payment via Paypal or cheque (items will be posted once payment has cleared)

Prices are dependent upon the size of the plant but as a general rule of thumb,

9cm pots if available  £3-50-£4.50
1 litre pots   £4.50-£6.50
2 litre pots £5.50- £8.50
3 litre pots (if available) £6.50-£10.00
(price ranges for individual pot sizes relate to rarity or ease of propagation.)

Where do we get our plants from?

The majority of our plants are propagated by ourselves from our own stock plants, some of which live in the borders of our own garden and others from parent plants in the nursery. We also buy in new stock as young plants to grow on as and when we need to boost our own stock. These plants are carefully sourced from UK suppliers and they are potted on using some of the best peat free compost available on the market.

Why do we care about the environment?

Plants are to be enjoyed, they exist within our gardens to bring well-being & happiness and we believe they should do so by doing as little harm as possible to the natural world. To achieve this we only use peat free compost, never use chemicals, use biological controls for pests and never use neonicotinoids. We grow our plants in plastic pots which we reuse and recycle, however our mail order service can be plastic free if wish plus your are more than welcome to de-pot your plants at the fairs we attend and take your plants home wrapped in paper. We will certainly reuse the pots! Finally we do use recyclable bags for our plants at fairs but bringing your own bags will only help further.
